    Order Cancellation

    Orders once confirmed with manufacturers or suppliers may not be cancelled after production or dispatch has been initiated. Cancellation requests must be made before final order confirmation.

    Refund Policy

    Rajkot Manufacturers Hub acts as a B2B connection platform between buyers and manufacturers. Refund eligibility depends on the terms agreed directly between the buyer and the supplier.

    • No refund will be processed without valid reason and supporting documentation.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per supplier agreement terms.
    • Customized or made-to-order products are generally non-refundable.

    Damaged or Defective Products

    In case of damaged or defective goods, buyers must inform the supplier within 48 hours of delivery along with proper photographic proof.

    Platform Liability

    Rajkot Manufacturers Hub shall not be held liable for disputes related to product quality, delivery delays or payment disagreements between buyers and suppliers.

    Jurisdiction

    Any disputes arising out of transactions or use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
